What is your response time?

We try to respond as quickly as possible, normally within a few hours. The Business and Premium package include a 48h response guarantee. However, you will have most, if not all, questions answered in less time.

Can I get support in German?

Yes. As of right now, the interface is English only, but we speak German.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

You pay month by month and can cancel any time without penalty.

What is “Backend Support”?

If something isn’t working, you can provide us with access to your system. That allows us to localize the issue more efficiently compared to just messaging. Your problems will be solved quicker.
